Home business operator fatally shot in dispute; second wounded - St. Louis Post

ST. LOUIS • A dispute at a home repair business
in south St. Louis on Friday left its operator dead and a man in
critical condition, police say.



Robert Hartzell Sr., 74, of St. Louis, the business operator,
was shot in the head; another man, 50, was found critically wounded
nearby. The shooting happened about 6 p.m. Friday outside a home
repair business in the 3100 block of Ivanhoe Avenue, near Arsenal
