A Terre Haute man is behind bars accused of stealing $90,000 intended to help flood victims.
The Wabash Valley chapter of the United Way hired Lyman Roberts Jr. to fix seven homes affected by the June 2008 flood. Executive Director Troy fears tells NBC 2 Roberts never completed fixing four and didn't begin working on the other three. Roberts faces three counts of felony home improvement
