Although supporters of HB101 filled the room Friday, members of the House Business and Labor Committee chose to adjourn rather than take action on the bill to address mobile-home owners’ rights.
Rep. Janice Fisher, D-West Valley City, said her bill would create a much-needed conversation between mobile-home park owners and the residents to whom they rent lot spaces.
HB101 would establish a fund within the Department of Commerce to be fed by $10 lot fees each year
