BEIJING — Two U.S. retail giants, and one supersized marketplace, have not added up to business success in China. Electronics retailer Best Buy (BBY) began closing its branded stores around the country Tuesday, one month after home-improvement chain Home Depot (HD) shut down its last Beijing outlet.
