New home sales are down more than 12 percent from December, which could mean big business for hundreds of home repair vendors in Peoria at this weekend's annual spring home show.
Heads of this year's show say last year more than 18,000 people turned out for the event. They say each year it accounts for more than half of home repair vendors' business for that entire year.
